For the first time during the XIV Forum of Congenital Heart Diseases “Regenerative Medicine” the Public Talk “About a healthy heart: from conception to active longevity” took place. Very distinguished guests visited our event to talk about the health and how to preserve it, about youth and beauty, about regenerative medicine.
The director of the Foundation Olena Rozhkova-Buryak congratulated everyone with a successful start. She hopes to increase public attention to children’s hearts and active longevity. Our first discussion was moderated by the actress and TV presenter, the charming Snizhana Yegorova.
Professor Keith March (USA) attended our public talk and discribe the topic “Regenerative Medicine”: how to use stem cells for human treatment.
Our next guest, Shaker Musa (USA), a professor of pharmacology, revealed to the public the impact of nanobiotechnology on the future of medicine: the road from nanomedicine to precision medicine and stem cells.
Also, during the Public Talk “About a Healthy Heart” doctor- cardiologist from the UCCC, Andrii Kurkevich told the participants about prenatal diagnosis, cooperation with the Swiss Embassy in Ukraine, training cardiologists from all regions of Ukraine and the importance of timely detection of critical heart defects during pregnancy and timely surgical corrections in the first hours of life.
Chief Physician of the Center Volodymyr Zhovnir joined the Public Talk and shared his experience in the tools, which prevent heart diseases.
